Oregon Law Center - Low Income Taxpayer Clinic
Oregon Law Center (OLC) is a non-profit providing free legal help to people struggling to make ends meet on matters related to their homes, livelihoods, medical care, and physical safety against domestic violence.
Oregon Law Center's Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic provides information, legal consultations, and full representation to people who work or live in Oregon that have federal tax disputes, including, but not limited to, denial of credits, missing refunds, tax collection, spousal relief and identity theft.
Free consultations are available to all Oregonians, regardless of income. To qualify for full representation, most households must make less than 250% of the federal poverty level.
