Legal Aid Services of Oregon Portland Regional Office - Multnomah County Domestic Violence Legal Services

Legal Aid Services of Oregon (LASO) is a nonprofit organization working to achieve justice for the low-income communities of Oregon by providing a full range of civil legal help. LASO helps people with incomes up to 125% of the federal poverty level and in some situations can help people above this level.

The Portland Regional Office of Legal Aid Services of Oregon has partnered with the Gateway Domestic Violence Center to provide free legal advice to survivors of domestic abuse, stalking, or sexual assault with safety-related legal issues, including divorce, custody, housing, and employment issues. There are no income limits for receiving advice through this program.

If you are low-income, additional legal help beyond advice may also be available.

This office provides help in other situations as well. Click here to view the main listing for this office.
